We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic Head Chef with high standards for excellent service to lead a small but committed team.
This is a permanent position to work full time hours over variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility with hours can be discussed to achieve work-life balance.

We are The Turks Head, the oldest pub in Penzance positioned on the iconic Chapel Street. We have an established loyal, local clientele and a great reputation amongst regular visitors and tourists.

The Role
Working closely with other team members together you will produce a well-rounded customer experience, fulfilled with tasty food, charisma, passion and a friendly atmosphere.
This role includes:
· Responsible for opening and closing the kitchen
· Producing high quality of food throughout service, ensuring consistency of quality.
· Ensuring complete knowledge of due diligence
· Prepping food
· Maintaining standards of food hygiene and following health and safety procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
