The opportunity
Were a fast-growing, privately-owned group behind two of the most exciting brands in the dental and aligner space - Smile White, the UKs fastest growing aligner brand, and Yorkshire Dental Suite, a fully private dental group. We drive serious traffic across both brands, and we want a CRO obsessive to turn more of it into leads and bookings.
Were looking for a CRO Manager - a genuine killer on conversion rate optimisation - to own the conversion performance of both brands end to end. If you live for A/B tests, funnel analysis and squeezing every drop of performance out of a landing page, and you can prove your impact in the numbers, this is the role for you.
What youll own
* Conversion rate optimisation across both brands - owning the full conversion journey across websites, landing pages, booking flows and lead-capture forms.
* Testing programme - running a relentless, structured A/B and multivariate testing roadmap: hypothesis, build, run, analyse, iterate.
* Funnel analysis - identifying where users drop off and fixing it, using analytics, heatmaps, session recordings and user research (e.g. GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, VWO/Optimizely/Convert).
* Landing page optimisation - working closely with paid media, creative and content to maximise conversion on every campaign.
* Lead & booking growth - increasing form completions, enquiries and bookings to drive more results from the same traffic.
* Mobile-first optimisation - making sure the experience converts brilliantly on every device.
* Reporting - clearly evidencing conversion uplift and the revenue impact of your work.
What were looking for
* A proven track record in CRO with measurable, evidenced uplift - you can point to wins and the numbers behind them.
* Expert command of A/B testing tools and web analytics, with a solid grasp of statistical significance and clean test design.
* Strong analytical mindset - you let the data lead, not opinions.
* A sharp understanding of how UX, copy and design drive (or kill) conversion.
* Comfortable owning conversion across multiple brands and sites at once.
* A proactive, hands-on self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving scale-up.
* Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, healthcare or D2C is a plus.
