What the Job Involves This role, reporting directly to the Senior Programme Officer, includes assisting with project and programme delivery across the Highways and Transport service to ensure effective operations. Responsibilities encompass managing correspondence and highway searches, maintaining programme documentation, organizing and taking minutes for meetings with officers, councillors, and stakeholders, and providing financial support including raising purchase orders and paying invoices. The position also involves communicating project stages to stakeholders, organizing meetings and publications, maintaining records, and updating project delivery plans. You will help manage and track correspondence, assist in managing Highway Search enquiries, analyse data under direction, and improve processes, including documenting and communicating changes.
