Key Responsibilities
 * Lead quality assurance activities across fabrication, welding, and non‑destructive testing operations.
 * Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
 * Conduct and manage internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring prompt resolution of non‑conformances.
 * Drive root‑cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
 * Support new product introduction (NPI) and lead quality improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
Requirements
 * Proven experience as a Quality Engineer.
 * Experience in aerospace preferred but not essential.
 * Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 and NADCAP.
 * Experience with FAIRs, PPAP, APQP, 8D, and 5Y.
 * Auditing experience.
 * Salary: £45k‑£50k.
 * Location: Manchester.
