Job Description

A Dutch speaker is urgently needed for a financial services company to support their growing multilingual Sales Team. You will be based in a stunning office in Canary Wharf, London providing your expertise in delivering an excellent level of customer and administrative support. As a Client Service Coordinator will be in the front line of maintaining and developing the Dutch clienteles by advising the company's products in order to meet the clients demands.

Due to the level of training involved, you will have the opportunity to progress your career within the company and learn new skills.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nCollecting all relevant information from clients to set up new accounts\nBuild relationships with clients within the banking sector and assist with administrative duties\nCollaborate with the Netherlands' Sales team and the investment advisor to manage the daily workload\nEnsuring all clients' reports are accurate and are being dealt with effectively and in a timely mannerAbout you:\n\nThe successful candidate must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills, be productive and driven to provide the highest level of client services. This is a junior role which will give you the opportunity to build your career path within the financial service and engaging in a positive and encouraging work environment where hard work will be rewarded. You will be working from the office in Canary Wharf, East London, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.
