Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Fleet Administrator to join Cheshire East Council's Waste, Cleansing, and Fleet Services Department on a 12 month temporary contract covering maternity leave. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Duties: * Efficient use of IT systems to maintain databases, update records, and process orders and invoices * Handle face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries, delivering excellent customer service * Manage administrative processes, including insurance claims paperwork, daily work sheets, and route risk assessments * Organise financial transactions such as reconciliation of income and preparation of banking submissions * Support the organisation of meetings and events, including taking notes and following up on actions * Engage with service users through surveys and assist in promotional campaigns and events * Maintain accurate filing and recording systems to provide accessible information and statistical reporting * Support the handling of motor vehicle insurance claims and ensure compliance with regulations Requirements: * Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office and bespoke systems * Previous experience in administration and excellent communication skills * Ability to manage your workload independently, with att...
