The Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to oversee the strategic management, optimization, and continuous improvement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Summary of responsibilities
This role involves managing HR technology solutions, ensuring system integrations, data integrity, and compliance, while improving HR operational efficiency. The HRIS Manager will collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training to meet the company's evolving needs.
* Strong technical expertise in platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and familiarity with tools like ServiceNow is required, along with excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and IT systems.
* Experience with HRIS implementation and management is essential.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
* Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management are a plus.
* Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
