Are you a commercially minded Finance Business Partner who thrives on building strong relationships and driving real operational impact? We’re recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a large, fast-paced organisation in a role with genuine visibility, variety, and influence.
The Role:
This is a true business partnering role – working closely with operational teams across multiple sites. You’ll be visible, collaborative, and embedded in the day-to-day, ensuring financial insight drives decisions and helps shape future performance.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting operational teams with accurate financial analysis and insight
Producing management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Building relationships across multiple sites – making finance approachable and relevant
Providing commercial challenge and driving improvements in financial performance
Translating complex financial information for a non-finance audience
What You’ll Bring:
Qualified or finalist accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), looking to qualify within the next 12 months
Strong stakeholder management skills with adaptable communication
A proactive, hands-on approach – confident in building relationships and challenging constructively
Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify the complex
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site or operational environment would be a bonus
