Role: General Practice Manager
Location: Eastbourne
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:15)
Minimum 30 hours/4 days considered
Pay: From 47,000 per annum (DOE, non-negotiable)

The Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with substantial post-qualification experience in a practice environment
* Strong technical proficiency in accounting software and financial systems
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proven leadership capability with experience supervising and motivating teams
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of financial planning and operational efficiency
The Role:
* Lead the financial planning and reporting function, ensuring accurate budget management and performance tracking
* Supervise and support a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional development
* Maintain robust systems and internal controls, continuously improving workflows and processes
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory and professional standards
* Assist with business development initiatives and contribute to long-term strategic planning
* Conduct financial analyses to support forecasting and data-driven decisions
* Oversee preparation of VAT returns and provide sound tax planning advice
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong professional relationships
* Drive improvements in operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and profitability
* Manage financial data, prepare management accounts, and produce timely financial reports
