Product Manager – Insurance platform solutions

Salary: Up to £100,000 + benefits
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic Product Manager or Senior Product Owner to take ownership of Insurance product, solutions, shaping and driving its roadmap within the insurance market. This is a high‑profile role suited to someone who has built and scaled products within a solutions provider or Insurtech environment, working closely with enterprise insurance clients.
You’ll sit at the centre of product strategy, delivery, and stakeholder engagement—working across business, technology, and operations to ensure the product continues to deliver real commercial and customer value.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
🔹 Product & Roadmap Ownership
* Own, define, and evolve the Insurance platform product roadmap
* Prioritise initiatives based on business value, strategic alignment, and stakeholder input
🔹 Scope & Delivery Management
* Define and control product scope to ensure focus, quality, and on‑time delivery
* Balance strategic ambition with practical execution
🔹 Stakeholder & User Engagement
* Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture operational insight and improvement opportunities
* Facilitate user group sessions to gather feedback and shape product evolution
🔹 Solution Design & Collaboration
* Lead solution discussions with Business Analysts, Architects, and cross‑functional teams
* Translate complex business requirements into clear, deliverable product features
🔹 Reporting & Governance
* Produce and maintain product and progress reporting
* Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate insight, transparency, and alignment
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in Product Management, within Insurtech or insurance solutions providers
* Strong strategic mindset with hands‑on delivery capability
* Proven experience managing product roadmaps in complex, regulated environments
* Ability to bridge business, technology, and operational perspectives
Essential:
