AI Technical Lead

We're working with a forward-thinking organisation looking for an AI Technical Lead to drive the development of practical, scalable AI-enabled solutions across the business.

What you’ll be doing:
* Designing, building and delivering AI-powered workflows and integrations
* Productising tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot into real business use cases
* Developing APIs, automation and small services using C#/.Net (or similar)
* Collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors
* Supporting build vs buy decisions on AI tooling
* Driving best practice across code quality, CI/CD and deployment
* Ensuring secure, scalable and auditable solutions
Tech environment:
* C#/.Net (or similar Back End languages)
* API-led integrations and automation
* Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure
* Git, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines
* AI tools and frameworks
What we’re looking for:
* Hands-on software development experience (not just architecture)
* Strong experience with APIs, automation and system integrations
* Familiarity with modern engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, code reviews)
* Experience working with third parties and suppliers
* Understanding of AI tools and how to apply them in real-world scenarios
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
