Candidates will need to demonstrate that they have previous knife experience gained from working in a butchery environment during an initial skills test.

• Access to subsidised Staff Canteen serving hot breakfast and lunch • Long service award In you role you will: • Cut, bone and trim meat (pork) • Remove bones and excess fat, gristle, and bruises to meet specific, high – quality, or lean product requirements • Accurately cut and weigh meat to meet predetermined weight and size specifications • Ensure product is processed according to Customer specifications • Ensure work is carried out to the best of your abilities to meet production deadlines • Safely operate machinery, including band saws, circular saws, derinders • Use knives safely and efficiently • Comply with Company policies, Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards at all times, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) • Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned necessary to meet business needs. xxuwjjq
