5. Providing genuine care to do a great job
6. Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider HR team in the UK
Qualifications and Skills:
* Must be a graduate from a recognized university
* Solid understanding of basic Microsoft Excel and Word
* Ability to effectively use other software like Microsoft Outlook
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Reliable commute to the office location
* Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to high-volume workflow
Additional Details:
* This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, with no option for hybrid or remote work
* Experience in recruitment is not required; experience in administrative or hospitality roles is preferred
* Location: Saket, New Delhi
* Salary: Up to ₹21,000 per month + performance bonuses
* Work schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), weekends off
* Paid overtime or time off in lieu
* Work from home allowed 3 days a month
* Flexible holiday arrangements to accommodate Indian festival dates
