THE ROLE – Recruitment Resourcer
Your objective is to fill the vacancies obtained by our recruiters through the following tasks:
* Conducting structured marketing campaigns and research to map talent pools and add them to our database.
* Identifying and sourcing candidates through our own substantial database, job boards, LinkedIn and referrals.
* Coordinating with other resourcing team members including those overseas to meet clients’ priorities.
* Contacting and screening applicants via phone & email.
* Arranging interviews and assisting the recruiter through the full recruitment process.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* You need to have empathy and be confident speaking to people over the phone.
* Ideally you will have demonstrated your people skills in sales or outbound telephone sales.
* You will need an investigative mindset in your search for candidates.
* You should be hard working, persuasive and resilient.
* Good written, telephone and verbal communication skills in English.
* IT literate and comfortable using databases on a day‑to‑day basis.
