This role comes off the back of a major new contract win, delivering a strong pipeline of work over the next 5 years. Youll be responsible for bringing new projects into the business and ensuring they land successfully.
Its a role for someone with presence, not just process.
What youll be doing as a Project Manager:
* Managing new projects from initial handover through to delivery
* Leading new product introduction (NPI) activities into the business
* Coordinating across teams to ensure timelines and milestones are met
* Holding internal stakeholders accountable to deadlines
* Identifying risks and keeping projects moving at pace
* Acting as a central point of communication across the project
What were looking for from our Project Manager:
* Experience in project management within manufacturing environments
* Background in NPI, ideally within aerospace or automotive
* Strong personality able to challenge, push, and drive progress
* Organised, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Engineering background helpful, but not essential
