The role will require dedicated collection of all technical documentation as part of the testing, commissioning and handover phase. Ensure accuracy, distribution, compliance, version control, confidentiality and maintenance of documentation for retrieval.
The role will require you to work as a collaborative member of the team – facilitate the sharing of knowledge and best practices to the wider team, clients and other project stakeholders. Maintain responsibility for your own performance, and continually develop skills and knowledge. Assist as required with general administration, and drive improvements within the document control scope.

2. Collate and develop testing packs and technical handover packs.
3. Ensure technical files/drawings are pushed through the project workflow correctly and in a timely manner.

5. Ensure markups and comments can be uploaded and reviewed by all relevant parties.
6. Promote collaboration between clients, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.
7. Notify the correct groups and individuals of files/drawings requiring their attention, ensuring irrelevant notifications are avoided.
8. Implement a process to assign specific files/drawings to relevant individuals for review.
9. Ensure the workflow and review process are simple, effective, and reduce workload rather than increase it.
10. Responsible for collation of technical/commissioning documentation at project handover.
11. Download and publish documents/drawings in accordance with project procedures as agreed with the Technical Project Manager.
