· At Catch Scotland Limited, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Office Administrator to join our team.
· Family‑friendly part‑time hours of 9am–3pm across three days a week.
What you'll do:
Carry out administrative support in the smooth running of our office, utility and property operations, ensuring effective communication across teams, and support positive transitions for young people entering our services. Duties include:
* Co-ordinate the end-to-end utility process within billing and payments, liaising with external utility suppliers such s Wi-Fi, Gas/Electricity and Council Tax.
* Ensure processes are accurate, professional, and confidential.
* Co-ordinate the end-to-end sourcing and management of client tenancies, including repairs process with letting agents and the internal maintenance team.
* Assist with staff rota scheduling and timesheet administration to directly support our Vocational Training Manager.
What we are looking for:
· Proven experience in an administration role.
· Excellent IT, organisational, and communication skills.
· High attention to detail and ability to work to processes/checklists.
· A full, clean UK driving licence.
· Strong communication, customer service skills, including professional telephone manner.
· Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
