Description We are currently looking to recruit two Business Change Specialists to join our team in Oldham on a permanent, full time 35 hour per week basis. Guinness operate a hybrid working style so you will work 2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home, with flexibility required when supporting projects. About The Role We are seeking two dynamic self-motivated and experienced Business Change Specialists to define and own business change activities and stakeholder engagement across our largescale technology plan., You will shape business change plans and approaches, complete and analyse change impact assessments to scope activities that are aligned with project plans, governance and change methodologies and conduct stakeholder analysis to plan engagement and communications that engage our operational teams. You will lead a resource pool of Business Change Officers, tracking actions, providing assurance and consistency in outputs while facilitating operational readiness assessments and reporting to senior stakeholders. You will be able to design and produce key change management artefacts, develop transition, cutover and Early Life Support plans to track adoption and benefits realisation. Staying up to date with industry best practices, you will continuously improve change methodologies and effectiveness. You will not only be a friendly and knowledgeable Business Change Specialist, but you will also have great customer service skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. You will also be able to demonstrate: Proven track record of working autonomously in a Business Change role on a range of projects at varying levels of size and complexity, across the full project lifecycle. Previous experience of leading a Business Readiness or Change Adoption workstream for a large project or programme. Experience of Change Management methods and standards with a proven track record of delivering readiness activities through the application of best practice tools and techniques. Significant Business Change experience and prior coverage of delivering in waterfall and iterative methodologies. Proven track record in the definition and delivery of plans that enable the implementation of new processes and technology, with minimal disruption to operations. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively lead, facilitate and provide constructive challenge. Proven ability to engage and influence at all levels with excellent written, numerical, facilitation and presentation skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 and collaboration tools.
