Performance Marketing Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for helping to define the strategy, daily management of PPC and paid social campaigns, and reporting to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Drive traffic and sales growth by executing campaigns across social, display, PPC, and affiliate channels
2. Produce daily KPI reports to identify issues and growth opportunities
3. Communicate KPIs with key stakeholders
4. Stay updated with social, search engine, and PPC industry trends
5. Monitor analytics dashboards and reports, highlighting key insights
6. Evaluate search performance across major channels
7. Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
8. Manage budgets and campaigns to ensure strong ROI
9. Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
10. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for traffic KPIs across paid, organic, and owned media channels
11. Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed critical metrics
12. Implement marketing automation and lead generation strategies
13. Collaborate with management to share ideas, feedback, and results
14. Stay informed on the latest performance marketing trends and technologies
15. Have prior experience in a similar role with multi-channel marketing expertise (affiliate, PPC, SEO, social media)
16. Possess solid campaign analysis and reporting skills, including Google Analytics
17. Leverage data and consumer trends for actionable insights
18. Be goal-oriented with excellent communication skills
19. Be curious, open-minded, and a strong problem solver
