What youll be doing:
As the Onboarding Manager, you will lead and optimise the onboarding journey for new customers across all Workwell Outsourcing product lines. Your role is to ensure a seamless, efficient, and scalable onboarding experience that delivers exceptional service across multiple brands and offerings. You will oversee the entire process, monitor key milestones, and maintain high standards of delivery.
Working closely with Sales and Operations, you will drive continuous
improvement, refine processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align onboarding with best practices. Proactive communication with customers will be central to your success, ensuring clarity, engagement, and a positive experience from day one.
What youll bring to the team:
1. Proven experience in onboarding, service delivery, or operational leadership within recruitment, outsourcing, or back-office environments.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement improvements.
