Senior Operator Grade 2 & 3
Location: Based at our state‑of‑the‑art custom designed facilities in Craigavon.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £29,133 - £31,161 plus additional shift premiums + excellent benefits package.

The Role
Almac Pharma Services has been manufacturing medicines in tablet, capsule, and powder form for over 50 years. We also pack commercial drug products into bottles, blisters, sachets, and provide specialised packaging solutions for medical kits, vials, and syringes. The expert services we provide support the provision of medicines and treatments to patients around the world.
We have opportunities available to join us as Senior Operator Grade 2 & 3 across various shifts in our Packaging and Manufacturing teams. Both roles offer experienced production/manufacturing personnel an opportunity to excel in a hands‑on role ensuring the successful and efficient production and packaging of pharmaceutical drug product.
Responsibilities
• Hands‑on production and packaging of pharmaceutical drug products under a regulated environment.
• Effective leadership, excellent communication, and ability to complete documentation to a high standard.
Qualifications
* Previous experience within a regulated environment, such as manufacturing, packaging, engineering, food & drinks.
* Effective leadership skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to complete documentation to a high standard.
Shift & Hours of Work
* Rotational Shift – Monday to Friday 6:00 am – 2:00 pm (Week 1) / 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Week 2) (16.7 % Shift Premium)
* Nightshift – Sunday to Thursday 10:00 pm – 6:00 am (33.3 % Shift Premium)
* Continental Day Shift – 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (20 % Shift Premium)
* Continental Night Shift – 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (36 % Shift Premium)
