We are currently recruiting for a NAV Support Analyst!
Main purpose of the role:
Providing day to day technical support in line with business objectives and timelines. Ensuring a friendly and efficient service is provided to end users and departments. Responsibility for supporting technical areas within IT including various instances of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, EDI, POS, related software, and associated company communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support of all Microsoft Dynamics NAV retail and store-based systems. Ensuring full functionality is maintained via our partners, providing training and further configuration where required.
- Supporting the day to day running of our different instances of Dynamics NAV.
- Support the operation and functionality of our LS Retail POS solution.
- Administration of the EDI interface, liaising where required with our both our EDI partner and customers/vendors.
- Produce training manuals and material.
- Liaising with external IT suppliers and remote support companies.
- Carry out from time to time and as directed, any other duties as required in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within their capabilities.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Experience gained in a support role within a retail company advantageous.
- Any previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, LS Retail, EDI advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound organisation skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Flexible approach.
- A good communicator
