You will be welcomed into an exceptional team, where teamwork is at the very core of how we live and work As a Customer Support Advisor, some of your key responsibilities will include: • Dealing with queries via inbound calls & emails, taking a customer-first approach • Offering the best advice through account reviews, ensuring our customers are on the right product for them • Delivering sales through service with existing members and customers • Identifying customer experience improvements and escalating accordingly Who are we looking for?
