Overview
Collaboration Services delivers secure, user-focused digital platforms that enable collaboration and communication across health and social care. This includes a national communications platform with 1.7 million active users, a CMS-driven website experience, and NHS Futures – a secure collaboration environment for national and international partners to share resources and manage programmes.
Responsibilities
* Management of the managed service provider with regard to service levels
* First line response to incidents and queries
* Management of the feedback team, allocating work
* Management of the Continuous Service Improvement plan to drive improvements to internal and live service provision
* Produce weekly, monthly and Board reports and present them to senior team members

* Staff bring expertise across clinical, operational, commissioning, technology, data science, cyber security, software engineering, education, and commercial specialisms — enabling the design and delivery of high-quality NHS services
Working Arrangements
* Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person
* Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band
