Key Responsibilities
Support the coordination of multiple projects from initiation through to completion
Act as a key point of contact between internal departments, suppliers, and clients
Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and trackers
Monitor project progress and flag any risks or delays
Assist with procurement, logistics, and planning activities
Prepare reports and attend project meetings, capturing actions and updates
Ensure adherence to company processes and health & safety standards
Candidate Profile
Open to recent graduates (construction, engineering, business, or related disciplines preferred)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
