Private Client Solicitor - Ewell / Epsom in Surrey
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded independent law firm. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive and collaborative environment, handling a varied caseload while delivering exceptional client service.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from instruction through to completion, advising clients on a broad range of private client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, tax planning, trust administration, and Court of Protection work.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a full private client caseload independently
* Providing clear, accurate, and practical legal advice
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties
* Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
* Meeting billing, time recording, and performance targets
* Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment
* Assisting with business development and client relationship activities
