What's the role all about?
As an ICT Administrator (Support), you'll be part of a dynamic team, responsible for helping colleagues and partners stay connected and productive. Your work will include handling service requests, managing hardware orders, and ensuring our equipment is efficient, secure, and well-maintained.
What will your day look like?
The administrator works closely with the senior ICT administrator, ICT support, suppliers, and end users. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining asset management records and documentation
* Processing ICT orders and following up as needed
* Coordinating payments and invoice processing in line with financial procedures
* Keeping accurate and up-to-date records
* Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations
