To provide management, leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising of Supervisors and Schedulers and Sub-Contractors.
What you'll be doing
As a Site Agent, you will have the following responsibilities:
1. Live the Balfour Beatty Values
2. Carries out periodic Safety & Environment Tours as required by the Project H & S Plan
3. Ensures site audits are undertaken and takes appropriate action on the findings
4. Carry out constructive analysis of fully resourced programme
5. Manages sub-contractor performance based on KPIs
6. Day-to-day management of delivery, ensuring efficient and effective performance of the team
7. Ensure daily work schedules are correct and that gangs are deployed in effective manner
8. Able to clearly communicate the requirements of a safe system of work to ensure that these are
followed accurately.
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
9. Experience of allocating resource and encouraging a team to take ownership
10. Commercial awareness and the ability to set targets in line with budgets
11. A driving licence, CSCS Card and SMSTS qualification
12. track record of solving issues and to be a sound decision maker
13. The ability to read technical drawings and information
14. To be a great influencer who can build relationships with ease
15. Experience of managing civil engineering projects.
