Responsibilities
* Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out processes.
* Handle phone inquiries, directing calls to appropriate departments as necessary.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
* Support infection control measures by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the reception area.
* Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery.
Requirements
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
* Basic proficiency in Maths for handling administrative tasks.
* Knowledge of cleaning and infection control practices.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
