Are you a passionate Software Engineering Lead with a vision for innovation and the hands-on skills to back it up? Working for part of a dynamic global group, as the Software Engineering Manager helping shape the future of our clients flagship product.
This is a unique opportunity to blend technical leadership, hands-on coding, product direction, and team mentoring in a role that’s both strategic and execution-focused.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead the architecture, design, and development of cutting-edge .NET-based software products
* Drive the technical strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve our platform
* Guide and mentor a team of talented developers - inspiring growth, curiosity, and innovation
* Champion best practices: define and enforce clean code standards, robust testing, and scalable architecture
* Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging tools, frameworks, and AI-driven development technologies
* Leverage AI tools for code generation, testing, and productivity acceleration
* Ensure delivery of high-quality features on time, every time
Experience:
* Working or have worked in a Start up/SME business
* 7+ years in software development, with 2+ years in a leadership or senior technical role
* Proven experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies
* Strong Azure cloud expertise
* Deep understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns
* Experience in SaaS or enterprise application development
* Passion for AI-driven development and a growth mindset

This role is based remote within the UK with no expectation to be in the office. The team do meet on a regular basis for socials and meet ups.
The salary is paying up to £90,000 with standard benefits and pension contributions.
