We’re working with a fantastic SEND school in Kingston upon Thames that’s looking for a committed, compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs.

This is a full-time, long-term role that could start immediately or from September. If you're the kind of person who can help a child feel safe, seen, and supported—we want to hear from you.

The role includes:

* 1:1 and small group support for children with autism and additional needs

* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

* Helping pupils follow routines, access learning, and build confidence

* Creating a nurturing and structured environment

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has experience working with children or young people with SEND

* Stays calm under pressure and adapts with care

* Communicates clearly and builds trust with ease

* Is available full-time and ready to make a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
