About the role:
We are looking for talentedDemi Chef de Partie - Maternity Cover to join the brigade at Il Pampero Restaurant,wherethe food is seasonally driven, only the best produce is used andhigh standardsare delivered!Most of all, it should go without saying that you need to be a passionate foodie and eager to expand your knowledge of modern food.
About You:
Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie within a luxury hotel
Fluent written and spoken English
Right to employment in the UK
Understand the menus and all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and appropriate style of service.
Produce all food required for the assigned section at the highest standard.
Ensure personnel, physical and environmental hygiene is maintained in adherence to HACCP.
Always keep the kitchen equipment in pristine condition to maximise its operating life.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
