Job Responsibilities
* Drive the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects.
* Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
* Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data‑informed decision‑making and supporting key business initiatives.
* Work towards the application of solution analysis and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
* BS/BA degree with experience in a business/solution analyst or equivalent role in understanding business requirements.
* Experience in managing senior business stakeholders in a global context.
* Proficiency in business applications, data usage, and management.
* Experience with SQL and data management knowledge.
* Ability to work collaboratively with the Product and Engineering teams to understand the engineering roadmap and strategy.
* Document requirements and propose solutions.
* Well‑versed with JIRA or similar agile project management software, creating stories and tracking progress.
* Hands‑on experience in the functional design of complex enterprise systems.
* A commercial mindset to deliver short, medium, and long‑term strategies to achieve sustained efficiency; an innovative thought process; focus on simplification.
* Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
* Proven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
* Detailed understanding & experience with software development frameworks like AGILE.
* Experience with tools like JIRA, SQL Developer, MS Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, etc.
* Experience in software related to Resiliency Management or Business Continuity Plan or Operational Risk.
