Were looking for a thoughtful, people-focused Client Support Specialist to join our friendly team, building strong relationships with our business clients and helping them get the very best out of our platform. If you love building relationships, providing top-notch support, and making a genuine difference to the people you support, this role is for you!
What Youll Do
Working closely with our Head of Customer Services, youll be a trusted guide for our business clients, helping them navigate our user-friendly platform with ease. By building strong relationships and conducting regular check-ins, youll ensure our clients feel supported and confident.
Providing timely, friendly support via CRM, phone, and email, answering questions about platform features, workflows, and configurations.
Delivering short, engaging training sessions for Hiring Managers and HR teams to boost their confidence.
Building trusted relationships through regular check-ins, offering guidance on recruitment best practices to enhance client success.
Collaborating with Product and Development teams via Asana to share client feedback, helping shape future platform improvements.
Creating clear, useful help content, such as user guides, FAQs, and internal notes, to guide customers and support your team.
Who You Are
Youre a people-person with a knack for making complex ideas simple and approachable. You bring:
Experience in a client-facing support, SaaS onboarding, or customer success role, ideally with some exposure to recruitment or HR technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a warm, reassuring approach that builds trust.
A problem-solving mindset paired with strong attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ticketing systems like Freshdesk or Zendesk.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HR platforms, or Power BI is a bonus, but not required.
