Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission.
Our Sales Executives are at the heart of delivering first‑class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers during their car buying journey, ensuring the service is right the first time and every time.
About The Role
The role is based at Sytner Chigwell and requires a background in customer service or sales. You will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs throughout the buying process. Flexible working patterns, including weekends, are typical to meet customer demand. In addition to your salary and a very achievable on‑target earnings (OTE) of £52,500, you will receive a company car and benefit from subsidised manufacturer car purchase schemes for family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership and discounts with high‑street retailers.

* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
* Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to meet customer service demands.
* Assist with the assessment centre process as required.
About You
* Good interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Previous experience in customer service or sales.
* A full and valid UK driving licence.
* Willingness to attend an assessment centre if asked.
