We deliver a full recruitment service to Royal Mail across the UK from our Northampton head office. Our teams recruit against a high-volume of open and potential vacancies with the client's business, managing advertising and attraction campaigns, overseeing full recruitment processes, and managing the onboarding and pre-screening processes ahead of the candidate's first day. As a Team Leader, you'll manage a team of onboarding specialists, providing support, guidance, and leadership to assist in overachieving against client expectations. Responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the team's daily activities
* Allocating workflow and maximising resource
* Performance and absence management
* Working against KPIs and SLAs
* Collaborating with team leaders across the department to ensure efficient service delivery
* Providing updates and support to the SLT, account management, and client as required
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate some leadership/management experience. Prior knowledge and experience of recruitment or onboarding processes/right to work checks would be advantageous.
