We are looking for an exceptional Early Years Class Teacher, who is passionate about inspiring a lifelong love of learning in children and who embraces our vision of fostering intellectual curiosity, to join our Early Years team in Spring Term 2026 for one academic year.
As an Early Years Class Teacher, you will:
1. Create & manage a caring, supportive, purposeful, and stimulating environment.
2. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across the Early Years curriculum.
3. Contribute to the development of policies, schemes of work, teaching materials, methods, and pastoral arrangements.
4. Hold high expectations for children, using assessment to evaluate and improve teaching and learning outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
* QTS qualification (PGCE desirable).
* Full relevant training and/or experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage and/or KS1.
* Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to train).
* Knowledge of current educational thinking, initiatives, and issues in Early Years.
