Role Description
This is a part-time role for contracted 25 hours per week. Applicant must be available to work over 5 days. Min. 2 evenings per week and alternate weekends within the Bury area.. As a Home Support Worker, you will assist clients with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation and housekeeping to ensure their comfort and well-being. Additionally, you will offer companionship, monitor health conditions, and support clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life while adhering to their personalized care plans.
Qualifications
* Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
* Demonstrated caregiving expertise, including compassion and attentiveness to individual client needs
* Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and their families
* Flexibility, reliability, and commitment to providing high-quality care
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as all training will be given
* A valid driver's license and access to a car is a must.
