Handling property claims end-to-end — surveying damage, managing claims, and coordinating contractors. You’ll be the main point of contact for homeowners, letting agents, and insurers, working to secure the best outcomes. You’ll inspect properties following incidents (e.g. escape of water, fire, flood), produce detailed reports and scopes of work, raise and negotiate insurance claims, and oversee repairs through to completion. You’ll also support client relationships and help grow regional business activity. Training and support can be provided.
