What You'll Do
* Manage vehicle and pedestrian access, operate gates/barriers, monitor CCTV, and ensure accurate entry/exit records.
* Conduct regular security patrols, respond to incidents, and support safety measures, including evacuations and protests.
* Welcome and assist visitors, manage reception duties, and maintain a professional presence at all times.
* Carry out searches of individuals and vehicles per site protocols, ensuring full compliance with procedures and health & safety regulations.
* Complete detailed incident reports, security logs, and maintain accurate documentation using client-specific systems.
* Support daily site operations, including deliveries, mail handling, winter gritting, and communication via calls and emails.
What You'll Bring
* Essential:
o SIA Licence
o Must have experience in /Reception duties/Gatehouse duties
o Driving licence
o Must be flexible and reliable
o Must provide a five-year checkable employment history or supporting documents for any gaps
o Great written and verbal communication skills
o Well-presented and professional in appearance
o Confident using computers and office-based applications
* Desirable:
o CCTV & First Aid qualifications
o Familiar with Sodexo’s Policies and procedures
o Experience in prioritisation of service delivery in a similar environment
