This exciting role requires a hands-on, motivated professional who can manage several outlets under one roof, lead a large team, and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional service. The bars are extremely busy, serving a high volume of guests every day, and are known for their vibrant atmosphere, innovative cocktails, and premium offerings.

A basic salary commensurate with the role Circa £42'000 negotiable

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of multiple bars within the hotel, ensuring seamless service across all outlets.
Lead, motivate, and develop a large team of bartenders, supervisors, and floor staff.
Work closely with senior management to uphold brand standards and drive profitability.
Manage stock control, purchasing, and cost efficiencies across the department.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
Deliver training and coaching to maintain exceptional product knowledge and service standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume, multi-outlet hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A deep understanding of beverage trends, cocktail creation, and premium product offerings.
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism.
A passion for hospitality and a drive to exceed guest expectations.
