Personal Assistant required, 14 hours weekly on Thursdays and Fridays. PA to support everyday needs including Personal Care and Toilet Hygiene, assist with sessions undertaken at Day Centre, closely monitor the lady who has no sense of danger or safety (must be watched at all times), and provide help at lunchtime (she can feed herself). Personal Care & Hygiene. Assistance at Meal Times. Support with sessions at Day Centre. Occasionally taken out on the Day Centre bus into the community for external activities such as 10 Pin Bowling – applicant must accompany and support her. Must be female due to the lady’s disabilities, reliable, and friendly. Ideally a car owner/driver for flexibility. Ideally someone who can alternate days with another PA if unable to work for any reason.
