Finishing Foreman - 1/05/2026
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Finishing Foreman to join our team on a busy construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all finishing trades on site, including snagging and final fix works
* Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
* Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site activities
* Maintain health & safety standards at all times
* Liaise with site management, clients, and inspectors
* Conduct quality checks and manage snagging lists through to completion
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role
* Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction processes
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
* Valid CSCS card (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
