In this field-based role, you'll set up, program, and train customers on precision CNC turning and milling machines, ensuring they maximize efficiency and performance. Field CNC Programmer Permanent Salary dependent on experience Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00 UK wide travel Field CNC Programmer Job Description Manually programming and setting up CNC turning machines with milling capabilities at customer sites after purchase. Providing hands-on training to customers on programming, machine operation, and best practices. Travelling to customer locations to install, test, and optimise precision automated turning/lathe machines. Diagnosing and resolving programming, tooling, and operational issues to ensure machine efficiency and accuracy. Working closely with engineering teams to improve processes, document machine setup procedures, and support ongoing technical development.
