Unlike most other entry-level sales roles, this role won’t involve cold calling, as you’ll be contacting companies that are already paying for services.
The Role
As Sales Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for introducing yourself to current customers as you look to build relationships and introduce new service lines.
Responsibilities Will Include
* Outreach — You’ll be contacting current customers, predominantly using the phone but also by email & social media.
* Building Relationships — You’ll be the face of the business and responsible for creating and building long-lasting relationships.
* Research — Before reaching out to customers, you’ll do the due-diligence and background research into the business so you can have the most impact possible when getting in touch.
* Becoming an Expert — You’ll keep up to date with new products and releases to remain credible with customers.

* Earning Potential — Your base salary will be £30,000 with the opportunity to earn commission from day one (OTE of £45,000 in year 1, uncapped).
