Qualified Social Worker - Children with Disabilities Team - Northamptonshire Childrens Trust Rate: £38 p/h Umbrella Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage a caseload of children and young people with disabilities, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met. * Complete child and family assessments under the Children Act 1989. * Develop, implement, and review care and support plans in partnership with children and their families. * Work closely with multi-agency partners including health, education, and voluntary services. * Participate in child protection, child in need, and review meetings as required. * Maintain accurate case recordings in line with local policies and statutory guidance. Working Pattern: * Hybrid working arrangements (as agreed with the service). Pay Rate: * £38 per hour (Umbrella). Essential Requirements: * Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent. * Social Work England Registration. * Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care, ideally within a CWD or safeguarding team. * Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and local procedures.
