What we’re looking for: Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) is essential. We may consider Level 2 qualified candidates with strong experience and a proactive approach. What you’ll be doing: Creating a safe, stimulating environment where children feel secure and confident. Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that support each child’s development. Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Supporting children’s personal, social and emotional development through meaningful interactions.
