About The Role Of a Semi-skilled Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities For Semi-skilled Machine Operator
Operate as part of a production team to maintain smooth workflow
Learn and support the entire production process from start to finish
Assist with skilled tasks: soft turning, heat treating, grinding, milling, and polishing
Manufacture ball bearings for high-profile clients in the aviation industry (e.g., planes and helicopters)
Ensure precision and quality in all aspects of production
Follow detailed instructions and strict manufacturing policies
Maintain health and safety standards at all times
Key Skills Required For a Semi-skilled Machine Operator
2-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience using metal cutting machine tools
Experience of setting / operating on a production line
