Business growth has driven this opportunity for a Junior Account Manager to join our client - a specialist Financial Services Business.
This role will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service, retention, and long-term relationship development. Working closely with internal stakeholders, including fellow Account Managers and relevant department heads, the role involves strategic account management, project coordination, and mentoring of junior team members to support departmental objectives and overall business growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be confident in client meetings; excellent organisational and project management abilities and a commercial mind with a focus on delivering results; an understanding of client contracts and service agreements and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple accounts effectively.

This is a Hybrid role – with time at home and time spent at Head Office, nr Crawley.
