The Role
As the Process & Project Engineering Team Leader, you will drive operational excellence by optimising production technologies, leading a skilled engineering team, and delivering major technical and capital projects from initial concept through to full implementation.
What Youll Do
Lead, mentor, and develop the Process & Project Engineering Team
Allocate engineering resources effectively to meet departmental and site objectives
Optimise manufacturing processes and core production technologies (including moulding, machining, and assembly)
Act as the overall process owner for key technologies
Drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and competitiveness
Identify and integrate new technologies, automation, and process enhancements
Manage and deliver major capital and technological projects
Ensure all projects meet agreed time, cost, and quality targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business goals
About You
Youll be an experienced engineering leader with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
What Were Looking For
Proven engineering leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong project management capability with a track record of delivering complex projects
Expertise in process optimisation and production technologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
